Do my customers need a crypto wallet?

No. Digital Soul uses Crossmint to handle all blockchain complexity invisibly. Your customers claim their soul with just an email address.

What blockchain are Digital Souls minted on?

Polygon (MATIC) — the leading EVM-compatible chain for NFTs. Low fees, high throughput, and carbon-neutral since 2022.

Can I migrate from another loyalty programme?

Yes. We offer a migration tool that imports existing loyalty point balances and assigns them to Digital Souls on Polygon. Contact us for details.

Is there a free trial?

All plans include a 14-day free trial with up to 10 Digital Soul mints. No credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my soul limit?

Additional souls are billed at €1.50/soul (Starter), €0.90/soul (Growth). Enterprise plans have no overage charges.

Is my data GDPR compliant?

Yes. All PII is stored off-chain in our Supabase EU database. On-chain records are pseudonymous. We provide a full Data Processing Agreement for Enterprise plans.
